Use GetHuman.com to End your Customer Support Phone Frustrations

Talk with a Human Every Time....

Ever get frustrated when you call Customer Support and you have to go through an endless series of automated voice recording before you speak with a REAL person?

I accidentally deleted an email from Amazon.com containing an Amazon Gift Card.  When I contacted the company who issued me the card, they told me I would have to deal directly with Amazon.

Now everyone knows how big Amazon is.  I had no idea how to even start to find out how to contact them. And then I remembered a post that I did when I started my blog back in 2007 about a website called http://www.gethuman.com/us/

Using GetHuman, you can get a phone number for any company where you will always speak with a human. Get Human is a source listing of all the customer service numbers that link you directly to a live person.

I called the 1-800 number that GetHuman has for Amazon.com and was connected with a customer service person in less than 30 seconds.  She took care of my issue and I had a replacement Amazon Gift Card sent to my email in less than 1 minute.  The whole phone call took 2 minutes total.

Check out: http://www.gethuman.com/us/ for yourself.

Enjoy!
