FREE Meals at Michigan-based Burger King and Applebee's on 11/11 for Active and Retired Military

FREE Breakfast at Burger King and FREE meals at Applebee's on November 11th for Veterans and Active Military at Michigan-based TEAM Schostak locations...

TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, a Michigan-based family-owned restaurant group with an expansive portfolio of casual and fast-casual restaurants throughout the state, are celebrating Veterans and Active Military at their 65 Applebee's and 60 Burger King locations on November 11, 2014.

This Veterans Day, Burger King will be offering a FREE breakfast to veterans and active military personnel from 6:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. Those eligible will receive a Burger King breakfast combo, which includes one of their featured sandwiches, hash browns, as well as a coffee, orange juice, milk or soft drink.

Similarly, Applebee's will be offering FREE meals to veterans and active military personnel throughout the day. The special Veterans Day menu includes entrees, such as a 7 oz. house sirloin, American standard all-in burger, double crunch shrimp, three-cheese chicken penne, fiesta lime chicken, chicken tenders platter and oriental chicken salad.

Those eligible to receive the free meal at both Burger King and Applebee's simply need to show proof of service, such as a U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, DDT214 Citation or Commendation, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, a Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), a Veterans Organization Card, a photograph of he/she in military uniform or by wearing their military uniform in-restaurant.
