July 4th - Berry Pies and Crisps
Join us to make a lattice-crusted blueberry pie and a berry fruit crisp! Kids will learn how to roll out pastry dough, cut a lattice crust, and use seasonal fruit to create delicious filling for their favorite desserts. Suitable for ages 5-13.
July 11th - Cooking with Salt
Salt is an amazing way to bring out the flavors in everything you cook. We’ll teach you how to cook on a salt plate, from Chicken and Corn Quesadillas to Chocolate Chip Cookies! Then we’ll teach you how to use different flavored salts on your favorite foods, from popcorn to veggies skewers. Suitable for ages 8-13.
July 18th - Kids Vitamix: Smoothies and Snacks
Looking for fun snacks to make in the Vitamix? This class is for you! You’ll learn how to make the perfect hummus, sorbet, a purple smoothie, and more! Suitable for ages 8-13.
July 25th: DIY Ice Cream Sandwiches
This summer, impress your friends by whipping up ice cream sandwiches from scratch! We’ll show you how to make the outside layer-our delicious brownies and cookies-and then the delicious ice cream filling and toppings. Suitable for ages 5-13.
