It's back! Last year's event was wildly popular, so Oakland Mall has brought Cuts for Kids back for another year.
All kids age 12 and younger can get a FREE haircut for back to school.
Professional hairstylists from JCPenney Salon will donate free cuts for kids to help get them ready to go back to school.
