Things are about to get a lot sweeter in Metro Detroit. Just Baked, a specialty cupcake shop and bakery, has opened a brand new location this week at 24545 W. Twelve Mile Road (Star Deli Plaza) in the heart of the Tel-12 corridor in Southfield. This is the 18th store for the company since it opened its first bakery in Livonia in January 2009.
In recognition of the expansion, Just Baked is offering one FREE cupcake to the first 50 customers on Friday, May 2, 2014.
“Opening our 18th location in just over five years is a proud accomplishment and we’re excited to expand our brand of gourmet cupcakes and sweet treats to this area of Southfield,” said Pam Turkin, founder and owner of Just Baked.
Just Baked offers over 40 different flavors of gourmet, "jumbo" cupcakes including: salted caramel, banana pudding, red velvet cheesecake, and popular favorites like the Fat Elvis and Grumpy Cake. In addition, they offer several unique, handcrafted goodies such as chocolate chip cookie dough truffles and royal iced cookies. All of their cupcakes are made fresh daily using the best ingredients.
Hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 7:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 7:30 pm; and Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The bakery can also accommodate catering for birthday parties, weddings and corporate events.
