Bust out of the wintertime blues with The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) family thrift stores, as they celebrate the change of seasons during an exclusive 50 percent off clothing sale. All 34 metro Detroit thrift stores will keep their doors open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 29 for the “March out of Winter” sale.
“As the seasons begin to change, families will need to stock up on spring and summer clothing,” said Merle Miller, administrator of The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center. “We hope the ‘March out of Winter’ sale will help alleviate the added costs of purchasing seasonal clothing, and by shopping at The Salvation Army, you’re not only helping your pocket book – you’re helping change lives.”
All proceeds from the 34 metro Detroit thrift stores benefit The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Centers, independently funded, 180-day residential rehabilitation program for adults.
