FREE "Treats in the Streets" Halloween Event at the Detroit Historical Museum 10/26 Noon-3pm

TREATS IN THE STREETS RETURNS!
October 26, 2014  | 12:00pm to 3:00pm

Bring the whole family to one of the spookiest days of the year. The 12th annual Treats in the Streets, the FREE family Halloween celebration hosted in the Streets of Old Detroit exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum, takes place on Sunday, October 26 from 12 to 3 p.m.

Children aged 12 and younger are encouraged to come in costume and trick or treat in the Streets of Old Detroit, enjoy free refreshments and make a Halloween craft to take home. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be astounded by the magic of The Amazing Clark and enjoy the scarily funny “Ha Ha Halloween Show” with ventriloquist/puppeteer Richard Paul (check out the show by viewing the video below).

As a special addition to this year’s event, the St. Vincent and Sarah Fisher Center will be handing out unique goodies in the Community Gallery on the second floor of the museum. Please plan to arrive early, as refreshments are only available while supplies last!

Treats in the Streets is sponsored by HAP.

Admission to the Detroit Historical Museum is always FREE.
