EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR DETROITERS

The Census Bureau is recruiting for 2010 census workers! A job as a census worker provides temporary part-time work, good pay, flexible hours, the opportunity to work close to home, and the chance to perform an important service for your community. The Census Bureau is continuing to hire through March; however, to be eligible for consideration, you must take the census exam.

CENSUS EXAM
You don’t have to pre-register to take the test, but you MUST bring two items with you: (1) a picture ID (for example, a Michigan Driver's License or U.S. passport) and (2) your social security card. Below are the days and times to take this test between now and the end of February 2010. The location for the testing is the Redford Branch of the Detroit Public Library, 21200 Grand River Ave. (just south of Six Mile/W. McNichols).

TEST DAYS AND TIMES
