The Heidelberg Project is an outsider art environment in the heart of an urban community on Detroit’s East Side. Tyree Guyton, founder and artistic director, has used everyday, discarded objects to create a two-block area full of color and intrigue.

Several knowledgeable docents will be available on site during the day to lead mini-tours of the project.
