TECH: Go Back-to-School with the Master dialSpeed Electronic Combination Padlock

dialSpeed takes Master Locks into the High Tech Age...

As everyone is shopping for back-to-school clothes, uniforms and supplies, don't forget that your child may also be in need a new combination lock.

My son went through a few locks last school year - mainly because he kept forgetting the combination. Most times he would eventually remember. But once he could not remember the combination and the school janitor had to cut open his locker.

Well Master has new line of high tech locks that will make remembering the lock combination easier and will allow you to reset the combination as needed.

The Master dialSpeed is an electronic combination padlock that will allow your child to go back-to-school in high tech style.

Use the up, down, left, right buttons to open the lock
The dialSpeed is a substantial lock that feels weighty and well made. The lock comes in a fashionable all white box that reminded me of the boxes that house iPads and expensive smartphones. The lock contains a battery that allows the lock to be programmed with multiple combinations and to be opened by touching up, down, right and left buttons.

I love the use of the "up, down, left, right" buttons for easy opening of the lock. I showed my son the lock opening sequence and he remembered it in a matter of seconds. The lock sequence can be changed and the sequence length can be reset to between 4 and 8 sequence steps so you can make the opening of the lock as simple or complicated as you want.

If for some reason you forget the sequence to open the lock, it comes preprogrammed with a unique permanent Backup Master Code that can be retrieved from the masterlockvault.com website, which ensures you cannot permanently lose the combination. Just insert the included USB device (see photo above) into your computer's USB port to connect to the Vault site.

The Master dialSpeed electronic combination padlock retails for $9.99 and is available in red, blue, white, black, and a white with pink breast cancer awareness design.

You can find out more about the Master dialSpeed on the Master Lock Website on the Master Lock Facebook Page.

Enjoy!
