The people that run this place are rude and should be ashamed of themselves. Free admission? Forgot to mention not free if you come as a school group even though you offer the same activities as general public and failed to mention through the whole coordination of field trip that there would be a fee. The guy that takes the kids into the butterfly tent needs a lesson in how to talk to young children in a nicer manner. Will never return and will never recommend. It's a shame considering it is for a very good cause.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry that you had a bad experience at the Butterfly exhibit. I hope that you also expressed your concerns to the Oakland Mall management. Thank you for letting everyone know that school groups are not free.
