Henry Ford Launches FREE Healthy Intuitions Expo
Henry Ford Health System invites the community to a day devoted to women’s health with educational seminars, health screenings, a farmers’ market, vendors, and more.
Healthy Intuitions Expo will be held 8 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
The FREE event is an opportunity for women to learn about health and lifestyles topics. Break-out sessions include information on preventive care, weight loss solutions, caregiver support, women and heart disease, joints and bone health, headaches, sleep problems, and emotional health – including depression, stress and anxiety.
The expo is sponsored by Women’s Health Services at Henry Ford.
Attendees will be able to visit “Ask the Doc” tables; see demonstrations from Vita, the wellness center; enjoy local musicians, yoga, a continental breakfast, a box lunch and snacks; and enter a raffle to win prizes. Shopping in the hospital’s healthy retail area will also be available.
