Living for the (FREE) Weekend in Metro Detroit - March 12th- March 14th

Here is a highlight of the FREE activities you can do this weekend in the Detroit Area and beyond:

Panera Bread is hosting a FREE Family Fun Day on 3/13 from 11am to 2pm at the Southgate location on Eureka Road. A comment from a reader who attended the last event gave it two thumbs up.

There is a FREE Quilting Exhibit at Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores from 11am to 5pm daily.

Lowe's is having their FREE Build & Grow Clinic where the kids will make a Tabletop Basketball Hoop game.

Remember to GIVE BACK by attending the Community Sharing "Go for the Green" Fundraiser in Milford on 3/13 starting at 5:30pm.

While you are out, stop by Hallmark for your FREE Kids Collection Card through 3/14. There are seven designs to choose from and no purchase is necessary. You know that your kids deserve a FREE pat on the back for all their hard work.

Planning a vacation soon? Why not use the the FREE AAA Trip Tik planner website that gives turn-by-turn directions, maps and a fuel pricing indicator.

If you are filing your taxes this weekend, remember the FREE Tax Filing using TurboTax for Americans with Limited Income and the FREE TurboTax Online for Simple Tax Returns.

And if you are stuck at home, why not watch a FREE movie online (2012 started playing this week) and play some online Alice in Wonderland Movie games (Johnny Depp is so cool).

Have a great weekend!
