Henry Ford Health System invites the public to attend “Hot Topics in Women’s Health”, an ongoing series of free seminars on important medical issues featuring Henry Ford physicians and experts. All presentations will be held 6:30 – 8 p.m.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders – Learn the latest information on evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders, which currently affect nearly one percent of all children.

Tuesday, Sept. 13 – Grosse Pointe War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Drive, Grosse Pointe Farms.

Menopause 101 – This is a beginner’s class for those who are mystified about what happens during menopause. Learn what is normal, what is not, and how to handle it.

Managing Acid Reflux and the Effects on Your Voice and Throat – Find out about laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR), with symptoms such as constantly clearing the throat, chronic cough, or throat irritation, and its relationship to gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD.
