FREE cooking class and entertaining tips in Milford
Traveling Chef Randy Tomasacci will visit home and kitchen goods boutique Acorn Farm on Feb. 5 from noon to 4 p.m. to demonstrate how to useBittersweet Herb Farms’ infused oils, finishing sauces, flavored balsamics and seasoning packets. He’ll also offer entertaining and presentation tips using easy recipes and ideas. Free food samples will be provided.
Tomasacci has spent 30 years in the culinary field, cooking for politicians, ministers, homemakers and even firefighters. He travels 75,000 miles a year performing more than 100 cooking demos throughout the country and is the co-author of the cookbook “The Artisan Gourmet.” For more information on the Feb. 5 event, call Acorn Farm at (248) 684-1373.
